Description
Whether you have been studying for your APM PFQ alone, using e-learning or simply require additional support, this workshop is designed to help you prepare for your PFQ exam. The learning activities will be tailored to the specific needs of the workshop attendees, concentrating on those subjects which the group feels need most attention.
Over the course of a 1 or 2-day workshop, you will learn to appreciate the difference between a project management environment and the ‘business as usual' operating environment.
This topic does not include the PMQ exam itself. This must be booked separately.
What's the outcome?
Having undertaken the workshop, you should be more confident in being able to apply APM project management language to the areas of project management and eventually undertake the APM PFQ exam.
